VISUAL JOURNAL: JUGGLING MAMAHOOD, HOBART AND SNAPCHAT PLAY

My makeshift office at the library today. It helps to write words when I have the pressure of an unplugged laptop - the battery doesn't wait for procrastination!

Visiting the shopping centre Eastland new section opening to see the colourful murals by the artist Bromley who inspires my art with his use of bold colours and carving out his iconic figures. (I asked Indigo to smile for the camera but she insisted on posing like this - #futuremodel)

Juggling mamahood and work means finding a way to snuggle a sick bubba while keeping up with commission deadlines. Indigo has had a good run of good health this whole year. So it struck us both a bit hard when she came down with the flu that became a mild form of croup. It took my whole week out of schedule, but I was grateful that I could be home and focus on her the whole week.

This wallpaper was so perfect for my feeling the need for rest after a long week of juggling sick bubba and everything else.

It was so good to get out for a little family outing after being house bound from illness.

Finding lots of inspired corners and adventure on our impromptu family day out
