I feel like I have been easing into this year despite a desire to DO ALL THE THINGS!
It’s the third week already of the year...
but it’s also almost Chinese New Year so another chance to renew intentions...

But I find myself still digging for the diamonds of 2019

Still digging for clarity (though isn’t that just a constant practice as we evolve and grow?) 

Still digging for deeper understanding (as I remember who I am, I will be & always WAS under all the layers of expectations, shame & guilt protection and baggage)

Still digging for courage (as the bigger vision keeps coming back to me asking to be brought to life.) 

Still digging for compassion and kindness from within. 

All this talk of self-love and self-care is really a reminder to be compassionate and kind isn’t it?

More massages & white space to daydream!
Less guilt & time spent on berating myself!
