When you get an idea and it feels exciting & lights up your curiousity... then you get the Resistance smack down.

What if you suck? What if you fail? Who are you to dare? You can’t. There’s too much already. You don’t know enough. Etc etc

Yup! Totally felt all those things when I started this daily painting month mission! These are the words I need to hear. Maybe you do too?

Choose your focus. Yes there is a lot to take in. Yes chaos can be overwhelming. Yes it’s scary facing the unknown. And it is painful to fail.

Focus on the excitement. Focus on that spark of curiosity & fun.

Focus on those butterflies of hope & possibility

Focus on baby steps.
Focus on courage & cultivating that curiosity. It trumps fear & overwhelm every time.

Focus on that little still voice that is calling you to bring it to life.
Focus on that little voice assuring you that you will be given the strength & support you need
